Terms of Service

You must be at least 13 years old to use Nuanx. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use Nuanx only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your login credentials secure. You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us of any unauthorized use.

You retain ownership of the content you submit. By posting to Nuanx, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute that content within the Service — including showing it anonymously to the community — in order to operate and improve its features. You are responsible for the content you post and confirm you have the right to share it.

You agree not to:

• Post content that is illegal, harassing, hateful, threatening, or that violates others’ rights.
• Attempt to identify anonymous users or otherwise undermine the anonymity of the Service.
• Impersonate others, post spam, or manipulate outcomes or the integrity of the Service.
• Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems.

We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Feedback and any automated analysis provided through Nuanx reflect community opinion and automated processing. It is provided for perspective and entertainment and is not professional, legal, or psychological advice.

Nuanx is free to use. Optional paid features, such as a Nuanx Pro membership, may be offered through the App Store and are subject to the applicable store’s terms in addition to these Terms.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any outcome or analysis is accurate.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nuanx will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

We may modify or discontinue the Service and may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
